Are we insured to perform cleaning services?
We are fully insured to cover the cleaning services we offer.

What frequency of cleanings do you have available?
We can provide service daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and as a one time only.

Do I need to be home/available when for the cleaning service?
You do not need to be present but you can be if preferred. You will have to allow us to have access to the premises.

    You can:

• Be available to let us in.
• Have someone else let us in.
• Provide us with a key.
• Provide us an access code.
• Leave a key in a safe place prior to each visit.

How many people will clean my office, home or facility?
That will depend on the location and size of the premises to be cleaned. We have individuals, groups of two, and teams available.

Will I always have the same group/team of people cleaning?
Clean with Care does their best to always have the same team. Sometimes due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee the same team. We do guarantee 100% quality and satisfaction. We do try to accommodate special requests.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Clean with Care will provide all supplies and equipment necessary to do the job.

If you have something special you would like us to use please set it out on cleaning day.

Is there a cancellation policy?
We ask that you please be courteous and provide us with 48 hours notice to allow us to change our scheduling.

How do I pay for services?
Payment is due at time of service and can be made in check or cash.

What are your rates?
